1.Which regions support delivery

Our shipping address is 28788 Bolanos, Mission Viejo, California.

Due to the volatility of international shipping and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the continental United States.

Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on our website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

2.Delivery time

Our delivery time is 3-12 business days, order processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 2-9 business days.

Delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time.

4.How to deal with the long transportation time of the goods?

If shipping takes longer than 12 business days, please email [email protected] and we will refund or reship your order.

5.What should I do if the order processing time is too long?

If your order has not been shipped for more than 3 business days, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

Our service hours are Monday-Saturday/9:00AM-6:00PM (PST).

Orders placed after 8:00PM will be prioritized the next business day.

Orders are not processed on Sundays.

6.Sign for receipt

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.

If the towel is damaged or stained, please reject it and contact customer service in time, we will follow up in time;

If you find any damage after receiving the goods, please contact us in time and we will take care of it properly.

If others sign for receipt, it shall be deemed that the consignee himself signed for receipt;

If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (non-quality issues), the freight will be borne by the customer.

7.Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed, undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not take any responsibility.

8.Sales Tax/Remittance Fee

Sales tax/remittance fees are borne by the customer.

We accept US dollars for payment. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.

We strongly recommend customers to register an account with us to track their orders.

9.About the packaging of our products
Our towels are packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes, each box contains 3 towels, each with a ribbon wrapped around the surface.


Please check the order information carefully before payment. Shipping information cannot be changed after shipping.

If the address cannot be delivered due to the wrong address, if you need to modify the address, you can send an email to [email protected], and we will try our best to contact the courier company to modify it.

The resulting additional shipping or additional charges are borne by the customer.
